Oversee program development and budget; national and regional collaboration and relationship development particularly centered on the Department of Defense and work with Air Force and Navy Judge Advocate General Officers; domestic, international, and military student recruitment and relations; research projects and proposals; the Lachs Moot Court Competition team; scholarship program; online classroom management and development; and on-campus contact for online, on campus, and military LL.M., J.S.D., and J.D. students specializing in space, cyber, or telecommunications law.
